This document constitutes an official public offer addressed to an unlimited number of persons by
Individual Entrepreneur (IE) Alexander Evgenievich Khayarkin, acting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Offer — this document published on panterafits.com.
1.2. Acceptance — full and unconditional payment by the Buyer for a digital product.
1.3. Seller — IE Alexander Evgenievich Khayarkin.
1.4. Buyer — an individual who pays for and receives a digital product.
1.5. Digital Products — workout programs, nutrition plans, access to web services, online courses, video lessons, and other digital materials provided by the Seller.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with access to digital products, including:

• Workout programs and nutrition plans — via a link to a web service,
• Educational video courses — via Personal Account or an individual access link.

2.2. The Buyer agrees to pay for the selected product

3. Moment of Contract Formation
3.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the Buyer successfully completes payment.
3.2. Payment constitutes full acceptance of all terms of this Offer.

4. Order Placement and Access Delivery
4.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide a valid and correct e-mail address.
4.2. Delivery of digital products is carried out as follows:
4.2.1. Workout Programs and Nutrition Plans

• A link to a web service is sent to the Buyer, granting personalized access.

4.2.2. Educational Courses

• Access is provided through the Personal Account or an individual link.

4.2.3. Delivery Channel

• All access data is delivered to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer during payment.
• The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the specified e-mail.
• The Buyer must check the “Inbox”, “Spam”, “Promotions”, or similar folders.

4.3. If the access e-mail was sent, the Seller’s obligations are considered fully performed, regardless of whether the Buyer checked their mailbox.
4.4. If no e-mail is found within 30 minutes to 24 hours after payment, the Buyer must notify the Seller.

5. Price and Payment Procedure
5.1. Prices for digital products are listed on the Website.
5.2. Payment is processed through the payment service integrated into the website.
5.3. Payments from foreign bank cards are accepted.
5.4. If payment is made in foreign currency, conversion is made at the Buyer’s bank rate.

6. Access Provision Terms
6.1. Access to the digital product is provided automatically upon payment.
6.2. The Seller’s obligations are considered fulfilled at the moment the e-mail with access details is sent.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Partie
7.1. The Seller shall:

• Provide the Buyer with access to the purchased digital product;

7.2. The Buyer shall:

• Use the materials solely for personal purposes;
• Not transfer access or links to third parties;
• Check e-mail after payment;
• Comply with applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

8.2. The following actions are prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, screen recording, or selling materials;

8.3. In case of violation, the Seller is entitled to block access without a refund

9. Refund Policy
9.1. The Buyer has the right to request a refund within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of payment.
9.2. Refunds are possible only if access cannot be provided due to the Seller’s fault.
The fact of sending the access e-mail constitutes fulfillment of the Seller’s obligations.
9.3. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• The Buyer entered an incorrect e-mail address;
• The Buyer did not check the “Spam” folder or other folders;
• The Buyer changed their mind after receiving access;
• The Buyer’s expectations did not match the product content.

9.4. Refund requests should be sent to pantera.fits@gmail.com with the following details:

• Dull name,
• Date and amount of payment,
• E-mail used for payment,
• Reason for the request.

9.5. Refunds are processed using one of the following methods:

• Bank card transfer;
• International SWIFT transfer;
• Cryptocurrency refund at an exchange rate agreed at the time of refund.

9.6. Processing time for refund requests is up to 10 business days.

10. Warranties and Liability Limitations

12. Force Majeure
